Try eating a lot of greek yogurt, take probiotice and cranberry vtamins. Sounds like IBS to me.

Yes muscle weighs more than fat! Take a cubic foot muscle and compare it to a cubic foot of fat, we are not comparing the weight (because a pound = a pound) we are comparing the size to the weight. I also have problems taking Fish Oil vitamins, I have to take it with 1/4 can of Dr. peper and then at least 8 oz of water. The more water the better.
