  • I knew I was anemic but never thought that would be a reason for my weight loss not going anywhere. Thanks for that, good to know!!
  • Congrats on your new little one. My little guy is 5 1/2 months, I also have a 5yr old and a 2yr old. I've used Mfp to lose weight after both of my other babies so it's a road I've been down before lol. This little one is finally getting bigger to the point I have a teeny bit more free time to make sure I'm eating healthy…
  • I was just debating this morning if I should get a scale when I was grating cheese for my egg thinking I have no idea how much an actual serving of cheese is... This post might have just convinced me lol...
  • I try to limit the amount I drink of it because it makes me crave sugary crap really really bad and it also makes my tummy puffy and bloated. I am a big fan of the coke zero, only diet stuff that doesn't taste gross to me lol.
  • I'm going to try really hard to lose 10 by Christmas. Would put me at my pre-baby weight 6 1/2 months p.p. which would be the fastest I've ever managed to take off the baby weight. That being said I'm exclusively bfing and I tend to lose really really slowly so I would be happy with 5 pounds.
  • I decided to dig mine out of the moving boxes and to start tomorrow you can add me as a friend if you would like and we can bug (i mean motivate lol) each other.
  • Absolutely amazing :). So happy for you and can tell by your terrific smile you are very happy too. What an amazing transformation I'm sure it was hard work but you obviously stuck with it and worked at it and deserve the fabulous results
  • Hi all, I'm a 27 yr old stay at home mom of three. Working on trying to lose the baby weight. Really want to fit into some of my dang clothes again lol. I've struggled with weight since I was a teen but have managed to lose most of the extra weight I had and stay around 120 apart from pregnancy gains. Would love to be back…
  • Name: Audrey Gender: female Weight: 134.5 pounds/61.8kg My goal to lose 5 pounds in August and be back into the 120's
  • Ill play, I'm aiming to try and lose hopefully 5 pounds in August to try and meet my lose my baby weight by beginning of October goal so something to keep me motivated would be a good thing lol.
  • Lmao. Must be pretty dang talented yo!!
  • Well I know the ice Capps that are a favourite from Tim hortons (Canada) are like 400, that being said I would still probably just drink it and cut out calories else where lol... Yum
  • . Haha! Good to know I'm not the only one!!
  • Ugh. Parking. I will purposely park at the back end of the parking lot where there are no other vehicles around in part because it doesn't bother me to walk but mostly b/c I hate it when someone parks right beside me and I have to try and get my kids out of their car seats. It never fails that some a-hole comes and parks…
  • How do you put it back in??
  • Reposting since won't let me edit again to clear up my sleepy response lol. You should always try to get your net to at least 1200 (important to do this so not messin up you metabolic rate and losing larger amounts of lean muscle instead of fat). But whether you log and eat back exercise calories depends on how you set…
  • I want one just because it looks fun lol...
  • Depends on how you set your original calorie goal. If when you were going through the set up and selected say exercise 3/4 times a week or whatever it is it automatically calculates your exercise calories into your daily goal. If you selected sedentary you should eat back at least half your exercise calories so you aren't…
  • I'm 5"1.5" cw 134 (just about 6 weeks postpartum) started tracking around 142. Goal weight is around 120-125, more interested in adding back on some lean muscle and reducing my body fat percentage then my weight though. If I reach my goal it will be the third time I've done it and maintained so that would be awesome…
  • Feel free to add me, just getting back on the wagon after having my third baby :)
  • I feel the same way when I see people say they burned like 600 doing this or that knowing if I did the same thing I would probably only burn 200 lol...
  • When I lost 50 pounds after my first baby that was the way I started by counting steps. Eventually I did add in more intense cardio but walking is a great lower impact way to get yourself moving and 10000 steps is a good thing to aim for. I kinda got addicted to counting steps and trying to beat my goal and eventually had…
  • Up 26 at the 35 week mark!! So much for staying around the 25 pounds gain mark lol.
  • This might be just me but as far as I'm concerned he can give me his input and take that into account but since I'm the one who had to be pregnant and go thro labour and birth that I get final veto power :P.
  • I totally love the tide ones. They make my whole basement smell nice for two days after I clean the machine lol
  • ^^ this and wiping down the seal a couple times a week with a water/vinegar mix helps to keep it clean as well.
  • I have one of those allergen covers for my mattress that I wash probably twice a week so I'm good lol. (I actually have them on all my pillows too for the same reason) I think mine is the laundry room. Ugh. Can't seem to keep it clean an organized no matter how much laundry I do...
  • I would love to be with the same doctor but where I am with my last pregnancy and my current one they are all co-op pre- natal care etc. You never know who you are going to get or who is going to deliver you. It's kinda sucky altho I will admit at my last delivery by the time it came to delivery I ended up with one of the…
  • I doubt you will have troubles finding a couple!
  • While true that they are more accurate it really depends on the person doing the reading being really experienced at doing it properly. If you don't know what you are doing they can be pretty inaccurate as well...
