Being sick (a lot lately), being a chocolate/junk food addict and being a busy parents and sometimes just snacking on whatever I can grab because I don't get time to cook a decent meal.

I did it last summer and I actually came to enjoy it. Not as bad as you think it's gonna be. I have the kaizen vanilla and it is pretty good actually. I have been mixing it with just plain milk and it doesn't make me want to gag like a lot of other ones do lol.

No. I used a seperate calculator then just manually set my calorie goal (just have to re-do it for each trimester since the calorie needs are different)

I'm 5'1" 130(ish) and eat around that to lose about a pound a week so no that doesn't seem high for you at all :)

The only time I've ever had a scale vary this much in such a short amount of time it either wasn't sitting on a completely flat surface or something as small as crumb on one of the foot pedals.

Took a year for our first after went off the depo shot. For our second a month and our third was an unexpected surprise while on the pill. I think we are one of those couples that rolls them out like fords lol.

I'm 5' 1 1/5" right now I'm around 135/136. Been as low as 105. I think for me tho my favourite look was when I was a more muscular 120 and that's what I'm aiming to get back to after baby 3...

I don't generally try to give an opinion on situations like this because you can't really know a situation from the outside looking in but talking that way is definitely incredibly disrespectful and uncalled for no matter what the situation.
