Def a sexy mummy tummy!! Now that's some hard work and dedication right there!! (Mireygal)

Even when I lost a ton of weight and had a 'flat' somach I always had the loose skin there that never went away so it wasnt a pretty tummy. Possible to have a flat tummy yes. But the skin and stretch marks part if thats a problems for you depends on genetics unfortunately...

I like the idea of finally targeting a diet at shorter people lol. I know I tend to maintain at 1500 calories where most 'average' people are on a substantial deficit and losing weight eating 1500. That being said I don't think cardio ever hurt except it makes me want to eat more and seeing as how I burn less doing cardio…

Lol. I like you are your own gym for body weight exercises. Did the first stage of new rules for women and was loving it until morning sickness kicked my butt. Also there's an interesting program on fittness black and white website I'm interested in trying that looks pretty decent.

The elliptical is great but you have to be sure to find one that is inline with your natural stride. If your stride isn't inline with the machine then yes it can def hurt your knees. Ellipticals are def NOT one size fits all.

I think les mills pump in kinda like a p90x program but don't quote me on it. There are lots of great strength programs laid out online to follow and books like the new rules series too if you are good with doing it without DVDs

The taller you are and the more weight you are carrying means the harder your muscles have to work to move that mass. I can bust my *kitten* for an hour and have never burned over 400 calories (according to my hrm) since I'm only 5'1.5". It's unfair but a fact of life being short lol.

Being incredibly shy I prefer to workout at home... Now seeing this as a very good thing lol... Some of these things would have def traumatized me for life lol, Especially the old woman doing crop rotation...

If you are spotting and having abdominal tenderness I would go get checked by a doctor if its not related to TOM. I doubt it's caused by exercise but more likely the exercise exasperating an underlying issue.

I like the texture tofu get after you freeze it. It gets a nice meaty quality to it, also be sure you look up how to press it properly.

I know you already got alot of responses but I thought I'd add this little bit in. I found after doing chaleanX that I had a fairly good feel for form and everything and alot more confidence in myself to do a stand alone weight program without a DVD after. So not only is it a pretty good program in and of itself but it led…

I found that after two weeks of doing it every night at home that I slept awesome, it helped me with my post partum depression (I just felt happier and more patient), I had more energy and motivation, and I also noticed a bit of a difference in my upper body strength. Also not sure if this was in my head or not or if it…

I would say that I lost this joy of movement around the 5th grade when we got cable t.v. That one little thing change everything. I have wondered many times how different my life and habits would be right now if we never got cable...

Are you breast feeding (I found that made me hold onto weight for the first year post partum both times not lose weight) (Edit; if you lost 7 pounds in a month that is really good, nothing to sneeze at.)

I have to do downstairs and do my workout (which right now is an easy walk on the elliptical) before looking out the window first thing in the morning which usually gets me moving somewhat. I also take a vitamin d supplement after lunch and it seems to give me a boost in the afternoons. Other then that would love any…

The happiest baby on the block is a pretty good read. What to expect the first year is a pretty good resource too with lots a answerers for all those little things on a monthly basis.

Start on the wall and work your way down till you can do them on the floor. Anyone can do a wall push-up. (I kinda like doing mine on the basement stairs. I work my way down a step every time I feel a little bit stronger lol)

I've done it twice it is totally do able. (I'm 5' 1 1/2"). After my first baby I was 155 pounds got down to 110. After second baby I was 145 and got down to 120. I'm currently preggers with #3 but would still be happy to lend a supportive ear if you would like me to :). (So will probably be doing this exact weight loss…

Yes lol. Now trying to do this and having a big old pregnant belly and no bladder it's 100 times worse. I just have I carry around a water bottle and sip all day rather then drinking big glasses at once. Seems to help lol...

Bathrooms... Everything about cleaning them is awful. Scrubbing the shower/tub. Cleaning the toilets. Oh how I loath it ...

I've had two vaginal deliveries and can honestly saw I'm hoping for a third. I wouldn't want a c section for anything other then a major medical emergency. Nothing like immediately getting to hold your little one the moment they are born and having them look at you, nothing else in the world compares. I was also about 45…

Not technically true. There are two types of muscles fibres. That being said I def advocate weight training for women. Edit to say that the one type the one that is affected by light weights doesn't really balloon (if I remember correctly).

Mine are for banking and another one for diapers lol...

When I was in highschool had a couple guys drive by in a car while I was walking my dog. It was summer time and I was wearing a skirt and a tanktop (not even a short skirt) and one of them yelled out put some clothes on fatty. I was only about. 10-15 pounds bigger then my ideal weight so ouch. I also had some guy making…

I didn't lose any weight when I did ripped in 30 but lost 2 inches off my waist and half an inch off my thighs if that helps at all...

Me too!! Lol

A moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips lol (I have to tell myself this when I'm tempted by that extra helping of something really bad for me :P
-
I had that moment when I turned 25. Now my long term goal is to get myself healthy so I can go into my 30's feeling good about myself and being healthy. I think everybody hits a wall like that where everything in life just kinda seems to bog them down and gets them feeling like its too much, just have to find that thing in…

That's so awesome :P. I told my hubby I wanted to do that awhile ago and he looked at me like I had grown two extra heads :P

There's a pic on my profile of my belly after 2 kids. Not great but not too horrible. I was about 10 pounds from my goal in that pic and got pregnant soon after so not sure how good it would have looked at my goal weight lol.
