I just finished week 1 of Insanity. So far so good. It's intense. But if you need a break take it. if you can't go as fast as the people on the DVD, don't. Go at your own pace. I've been an avid exerciser for years and I can't keep up with them sometimes. Just don't give up.

I have never done it at the gym. I have done it at home. However, I know there is a fitness guide that you write down how much weight/ reps/ etc you can do. Do you have that? You could bring that to the gym with you. Or a portable DVD player. I have seen that too.
