This is great. Thanks so much for the advice. Im going to have to play around and see how it goes. Ive done Keto/low carb and WW in the past. Lost weight with both, but really no clue what works best for my body as far as macros go. Time will tell. Thanks again!!

Hm, didn't realize that. No leg cramps or headaches, but constipated yes, and Im having stomach cramps like PMS, but its not that.

I dont read and watch ingredients. I keep my net count under 20. I bought ketone strips just to see the 1st month or so if Im in ketosis or not.

Could you tell me how you did on your 5 day Fat Fast? Im on day 4 of mine and I'm down 3.6 lbs. Ive been at around 82% for my fat. I also find it pretty easy to do.

I thought I had to hit my fat macro 1st. This makes me feel a bit better. Also, I've spent hours trying to make meal plans for each day to get as close to goal as possible on carb/protein/fat. I actually forced myself to snack the other day when i really didnt want to eat. I thought I had to. Wont you mess up your macros…

Sorry, I should have noted that besides the calories in vs calories out, what worked? I always look at calories, but is there anything else that helped increase your loss?

I have 1 scoopful of Mirilax every morning in my coffee. Dr says its very safe. Its not a laxative, but a softener. Ive been taking it for 15 years with no issues.

I need HELP. I followed everything, but no points column is showing up. When I click on the monkey icon, it says "no installed script runs on this page". I have rebooted Firefox and nothing. Anyone have any ideas how to fix?

Wow, Im not like everyone else. I only weigh myself once every 2 weeks. I seem to have a cheat meal once during that two weeks and I dont want discouragement. Besides, it seems to be coming off really slow so every two weeks seems good to me.

I love my rice cooker too. Thats how I steam everything. How do you all roast? I have a george foreman grill for grilling but thats it. Do you ever use that?
