i just ordered the 30ds and it's meant to come next week. i'm still a good 70lbs from my goal. i read a lot about it boosting weight loss so i'm gonna give it a try! but i am actually pretty athletic. i'm confident i can do it and stick with it.

my sister and the rest of my family tend to (i think) subconsciously try to make me eat food. they're always offering me more and saying things like "oh try this" or "wanna split this with me?" and it makes me really upset because i am NOT the only overweight one in my family and i know they wish they were losing too.

i really wish someone had done that for me when i first joined a gym. i joined when i was pretty young like 15ish and i was nervous to use machines since i didnt want to be embarrassed by doing it wrong. you get extra good karma points for that!

i weigh myself every other morning or so. i always log too just because it keeps me motivated. like if i find i gained instead of lost i have that to motivate me that day or if i lost i have more reason to keep going.

driiiinkkk water! when you have a craving just chug water. plus if you're drinking enough water throughout the day it should lower your food intake all together. also read. when you're watching tv you have a habit to eat, no? if you read your mind is too busy to think about food and your hands are busy holding the book.…
