Well, if you normally weigh yourself naked, it could just be the weight of your clothes at the doctor's office adding the extra pounds.

Trampolining is fantastic, I prefer it to jogging any day. It has a lot less of an impact on your joints, as well as using more muscles and helping to improve your balance. I hope this helps. :)

Haha yeaaaah, my family wants me to go back to a "natural colour" from my current pinkish-purple for my cousin's wedding. I plan on using a black temporary dye for that, then I'm thinking of using Special Effect's "Wildflower" so I can be fresh for summer music festivals.
