Thanks. I wanted to try Truvia and when I went to buy some, it was really expense so I didn't purchase any. I am going to try to meet my 1200 a day goal. Thanks again.

Thank you. After reading many responses, I changed my tracking and added sodium and sugar.

Thank you for responding. I haven't really felt bad or drained at all. I actually feel kind of better than before. Before I started this I was drinking about 1000 calories aday in just Dr. Pepper and NO water. I am def going to try meeting my 1200.

Thanks. I just added it to my track. I noticed that it said I am only supposed to have 24 g of sugar. Wouldn't my fruit exceed that? So should I stay away from alot of fruit?

Thanks. I have stayed away because I get nervous and don't want to eat the wrong thing. Someone told me cheese has too much fat. I ate a piece yesterday and kind of felt guilty. I will start adding some milk to the mix.

Thanks. So stay away from salt? I love salt on my food. I even put salt on my oranges. I will def try to do better with that.

Thanks.... I haven't really been doing as much exercise as I should. I think I walked the track like 3 times last week. I work full time and go to school. I have an elliptical at home but that thing it difficult. lol. I am def going to try to push it this week.

Thanks. When trying to get up to my 1200, I don't know what to eat. Do you think just adding more fruit is ok even though its high in sugar?

Definitely inspiring to me and probably to many other people that have just started MFP. I just started Monday and I will probably post pics every 10 pounds lost. lol. But you can see a difference..... congratulations!!!

I dont know about the Ten Minute Trainer but I have been having the Slim in Six DVDs in a drawer for the last 4 years. When I signed up for MFP on Monday, I said I was going to pull those DVDs out again. Good Luck with your fitness test!

@lyn Thank you. My momma is from Summerdale. Her mom and grandma were extremely obese, my grandma in her old age suffers with bad diabetes and still eats things she isn't supposed to. Thank you for the support.
