We're trying too! My doctor put me on prenatal vitamins already (picked some up at Costco). She also recommended I download a calendar app to help track cycles and see when I'm most fertile. Good luck!

HA! A few girls at work and I also did the April Squat Challenge. Our calendars show a meeting every day in the "Marketing Closet". Super creepers!

I did yoga this morning in lieu of the usual morning walk with the dogs and it'll be bootcamp this afternoon... so lots of running and lunges I'm sure (there was a huge festival in town this weekend and we will all be punished for it whether we went or not).

Business casual with jeans on Fridays. We're government funded so we can use company money to pay for things like BBQs and Birthday cakes so we have set days during that month that are paid "jean days" where we pay $2 a day and get to be casual on those days. Then we use that money for the fun stuff!

I'm 5'9" which I don't mine.... except when I'm standing next to my 5'5" tall husband!

I don't know all of the specifics, but I know my trainer has a peanut butter sandwich within the hour of starting her halfs. Personally, the thought of having to be so specific about the eating part is what turns me off from running distances. I'll stick to my measely 5ks. Good luck with your race!!

Kind of ironically, yesterday was "my half hour lunch/leave at 4:30 go go train" day (I do boot camp 2 days a week). I was in the bathroom, having already changed and was putting my hair in a ponytail. Two "women" were in there washing their hands and they were whispering to eachother. I learned this one the hard way! I have to portion out my hummus and pita chips onto a plate and put the rest away before I even sit down. Honestly though, it's totally enough.

Honestly? I did this once.... I sweat a lot, and it's stinky sweat. My face turns red and I lose all of my make up. I will never do it again. But a couple of days a week I take a short lunch so I can leave early and get to the gym before all of the other 8-5ers get there.

I second the Fiber One Bars. I enjoy everyone in my surrounding cubicle areas so I make it a point to only eat these at home...right before bed. My husband LOVES it :devil:

I keep loads of sugar free gum at my desk. Lots of delicious flavors to choose from. Keeps me from snacking when I'm just bored. BUT if you're actually hungry, you might just need to eat more. If that's the case then many of the suggestions above are definitely worth trying out.

I make protein shakes for my breakfast (1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 banana, 3/4 cup of frozen mixed berries and 8 oz of water). I sip on it while I'm packing lunches and prepping dinner. If I don't finish, I take it with me! It used to be a hinderence but now it helps me get going in the morning.

I too am pretty predictable when it comes to Subway: 6" turkey on wheat, double meat, sweet onion sauce, pepper jack cheese (if any), spinach, red onions, olives and jalapenos.
