The thing that I linked to doesn't require you to do the bendy stuff. And remember, there is no such thing as targeting when removing fat.

I started at 284 and am down to where you started now (231). I have noticed my arms shrink dramatically since I started doing strength stuffs. You seem to be only doing cardio things, so yes, you will have to do some strength training to get them to stop looking flabby. Not to tone up, but to build up more muscle to burn…

No one said you had been starving yourself, but that you need to eat more. Eating more, but quality food is the key to getting that. Since you have been on such a low-calorie diet for so long, you metabolic rate is really messed up. I would suggest asking your primary physician for a reference to a dietitian. They can help…

I found out that I am eating too little, and sometimes MFP doesn't do the calculations properly. I will probably have to raise it again from what it is right now. If you are active, you are probably need to adjust how many calories you should be eating. Go find a calorie calculator online that lets you put in your activity…

I log every little thing that I eat. I even create recipes of stuff that I eat regularly and make it the same every time. I also weigh stuff that is supposed to be weighed, and use a measuring cup for other things. ...but I know I am super hardcore about it...

Honestly, I use a whitening toothpaste, but I also floss before I brush my teeth, and then use a mouth rinse EVERY time. In about 2 weeks, my teeth started whitening. Took a bit to get into the habit, but only about as long as it took me to get into the habit of logging my food. :)

I do it with water only, and I use bottled water for it. Then I put in 1 tbsp of butter, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and some pumpkin spice seasoning. Brilliant tasting. :)

After I eat dinner, I drink 16 oz of water. It helps fully fill me up. If I am still hungry a few hours later, I have an ounce of cheese of my choice, and then I am fine. :)

This. It really does get easier, you just have to push yourself out of your comfort zone and break away from your old self.

Bwahahahaha! I cannot wait to do this to MY sister. She hasn't been so negative about my weight, but I want to be the hot one. :D

Generally you don't stick to things because you make up excuses to not do them anymore. You need to tell yourself "No excuses". You really have no excuse to get healthier. And it seems like you are taking things a bit too big instead of thinking smaller. Stop thinking about farther out goals. Take it day by day. It's how I…

With massage and some vitamin E oil rubbed on your belly, you can reduce the stretch marks and help bring back the elasticity in your skin, making it shrink. It will take a while longer, but you won't have to worry about scars, or if it ends up needing to be fixed after you have children. However, it is totally your body.…

I eat mine with butter, cinnamon, and some sugar. I recently started using my pumpkin spice, too, just to give the thing more use!

I would do this. I struggle with PCOS myself. Having an IUD helps with not having any periods, so I don't freak out about not having them anymore. Large weight gain can cause PCOS to start suddenly in a woman that hasn't had it previously. Go ahead and just make an app with your OB/GYN (regular doc will just refer you…

I recently changed the way I think into "no excuses". There is no excuse to not get healthier. It will benefit everything. It's how I exercise, it's how I eat. I occasionally go off a bit, but if you don't give into your cravings, they will consume you. The key with that is moderation. You don't need to eat an entire…

Dexy, you can easily look up what foods have those. When you binge on fruit, it's just like binge eating candy. Your blood sugar spikes a bit, and when you crash, you end up hungry again. Fruit are good to supplement, but shouldn't be eaten so largely. Yes, they are good for you, but EVERYTHING is bad for you in excess.…

I do belly dancing. The focused muscle movements that you do with that, even in the beginning, have been amazing for building up muscle there. Really though, your body will eventually use up that bit of fat that's stored as energy. Just remember to keep your heart rate up for more than 20 minutes, then your body will start…

My husband and I do kick boxing training with each other. Hand wraps are about $5 for a pair, and you can get a standing bag if you wish. I burn almost 1000 calories in 45 minutes of doing it, though I use my husband as my target (he has focus mitts). It's a great workout.

This is what I keep trying to tell my other friends who are trying to get fit. This and take it one day at a time. Thank you for posting this! I hope everyone else realizes this, as well. :D
