I think I'm doing OK in terms of my goals and I have what I call a 'free' day every week. If there is something I have been really craving during the week I eat it on my free day, and I don't track calories for anything else I eat. There's usually wine, or vodka involved as well lol. I feel that if I become too pedantic…
