I just completed my first warrior dash june 9th!!! I had SO much fun!!! I've never done a 5k or any other race like that before this, so I'm not really able to compare it to other races. The course in my state was full of hills, that was tough for me! The obstacles themselves weren't too hard, it was a good workout though…

I work 7p-7a. I have my "lunch" at work around 1:30am, I count it as my breakfast for the next day. It works best for me count the calories midnight to midnight. Just have to figure out what works best for you!

I'm a nurse, so not a whole lot of things gross me out anymore, but for some reason I just cant handle the smell of tube feeds, or checking tube feed residuals! I go home feeling like I smell like tube feeds, so gross!

I've been trying to eat a banana and nuts. I agree with the previous advice. Try to make a plan and stick to it!! I def love my drinks though so I can understand how after a few beers, your "plan" might go out the window and you might eat/drink more than you intended. I'm not saying you are like this at all, but since I know this about myself I make sure to do that…

I've kinda had the same problems lately. I work 7pm-7am so my meals are always kinda messed up. I only end up eating twice a day on night I work, but I still burn 300-600 cals during my workouts those days. I have found that I am get short on time and end up not eating enough to give my body what it needs to work properly.…
