I measure things once, to get a solid idea what it truelly is, then I eyeball it later. It's kinda fun measuring everything out now, but i don't think it's very realistic for the long term. I'm looking for a life change, something that continues without all this necessary calorie counting.

Now that I'm in my 40's, I've realized that losing the weight is only going to get tougher as I age, especially if I continue with my 5lbs a year that I was averaging. My belly was getting larger and larger and it's goddamn embarressing. 20 more lbs by Christmas, BOOYA!!

Thin until I hit my goal weight then after I'm hoping to add muscle weight. So that means heavy on the cardio for now, then bulk up with the weights after my goal.
