EAS complete isnt bad. i add a few pineapple chunks and a couple cups of spinach and maybe a jalapeno(?)lol. the i whirl it into a smoothie. about 200 cal and 25 grams of protein.

I hear you. I've been going thru the same thing myself. I have to hope it's more his problem than mine...but I'm not convinced yet. hope you can realize it before he gets you too far down.

****The other day i carried into the house one- 25 lb bag of dog food AND my 25 lb grandson and thought about how hard it was just to function with that much extra weight on me. I have many lbs to go but it does help to realize the progress I have made. Thanks for the reminder.****

Pastes(not so sure about the spelling) are very popular in England. Great for a grab and go meal. Though I live in Oklahoma...mostly known for greasy food.

CONGRATS..........and continue on your healthy life journey. when i was 28 (26 yrs ago) i was diagnosed w melanoma....before it was popular. Dr said it would kill me......"not yet you wont evil cells"........I told the cancer. So here I am continuing to battle weight but conquered cancer.

did your post say no fiber? I wonder if I added some type of fiber if it would decrease the lbs impact. and if so what would be a good fiber filler?

I'd recommend marriage counselling. He is young but not too young to have gotten married. Now it's time to man up. Maybe he and his wife can find some compromise...who knows maybe she's sick of him.
