thanks guys... I am just about at maintaining point - having just reached my target weight, but am considering knocking off a further couple of pounds while I am in the habit/zone! (so it wouldn't mean cutting back further than normal - I won't starve!) I have often kidded myself that I am more active on holiday... the sad…

basically - stuffing my face with biscuits/cheese/a sandwich/piece of cake/crisps - anything to hand WHILST WAITING FOR THE KETTLE TO BOIL!!

my go-to breakfast at the moment is a smoked mackerel strip with a poached egg and mug of tea! on a saturday, as a special treat, I add some baked beans and maybe a piece of toast. awesome! :-)

I think I sometimes mistake feeling hungry for needing a drink... so I down a big glass of water and often (not always) - I then feel more comfortable...
