Count me in - I took about a YEAR to loose 10lbs (started at 136lbs at 5'4") then christmas, holidays etc happened and am now back at 132lbs which is seriously depressing BUT at least this time I have the incentive of knowing thats its possible! In my case all thanks to Jillian Michaels.

Bump! Loving these posts! I've done the shred twice and am on my second round of RI30 and I STILL cannot do more than about 4 "proper" pushups! They are my absolute nemisis!

Decided to restart my Jillian Michaels dvds from the start so level 1 of the 30DS plus 15 mins ststsionary bike BUT the big news is that hubby joined me!

Agreed - I started with Jillian 30 day shred - I never did excercise before that and wasnt keen on the gym. She kicked my *kitten* to begin with but it worked. Am now a total Jillian convert :)

I've been doing Jillian Micheals DVDs - esp 30 day shred and ripped in 30 - can't reccomend them more! I never did ANY execrise before, now I have (little but definate) abs!

Pedal_Pusher - Im a lot more shredded than I used to be and I found my abs for the first time ever! Still a bit more to go though!

I cant remember about the shred but I had Ripped in 30 nailed before I went on hols and level 2 is kicking my *kitten* now that Im back! Im just trying to remember that I adapted quickly first time round - hopefully Ill do the same if I can stick with it this time.

I did it twice in a row - mainly becuse when I finished it first time I hadnt been organised enough to buy Jillians next dvd and I really didnt want to loose momentum! I wasnt tough enough for 8lbs though, only 3lbs!
