Same! I have a wardrobe full of good clothes and I’m sick of wearing the 10 ugly things that I feel comfy in ( but look atrocious in!)

10lbs down by mid July when family visits. My chart makes it so clear I gained 10lbs since returning to work from maternity leave and 5 since lockdown - emotional / stress eating much?!

I’ve worked out 6 days this week - including 2 runs! Feeling so much more positive :)

Love this idea! Loads of people buy new clothes but I still seem stuck in a rut - an outside perspective would be fun x

Update! C25k day 1 done today! While I’d forgotten the impact of running on uneven concrete (vs a treadmill) I got through it and pressed as much as I could to run little more and mainly walk up to 5k.

I’m so sorry for your experience, it really is so hard and I think your positive attitude is amazing. While bearing in mind what others have said about making sure you take the time to heal properly, I found that really throwing myself into health and exercise stuff helped distract me and keep me focused on positive things…

I have a 4 yr old and a 1 yr old. Neither me not their dad are very active but this time I want to set a new norm in our family where we all enjoy being alive together

My baby daughter trying strawberries for the first time - it was so successful that today became a 3 outfits day x

My son starts school this year and I can see the “mums race” at sports day on the horizon

My mums chicken pie - base of roast chicken and chopped hard boiled egg in white sauce., topped with mashed potato. I could eat it every day
