I do a load of cooking and meal prep eg make soups, cut veg, pre prep porridge, boil eggs etc Makes me feel empowered somehow.

Oh this is me! Baby #2 is almost 5 months and Id love to return to work looking good and feeling assertive - I feel like I can achieve more when I feel attractive and strong/fit. Also my coworker (and his lovely wife ;)) are both v high achieving and attractive and it’d be nice not to be the dumpy one.....

Forgot to say / try googling before buying! I bought Jillians dvds but now find that googling eg “ripped in 30 week 1” and watching non my phone is far more convenient

Keep on with 30 day shred. Pre second baby I could do Jillian Michaels bodyshred but im being realistic about what I can do after a year off! So I will do 30 day shred then ripped in 30 before redoing bodyshred x

I Got back on the workout wagon yesterday for the first time since my 2nd baby was born. This time round I have my 1st baby (now a 40lb 3-year old) keeping me going! And I even noticed an improvement today compared with yesterday. Onwards and upwards!

Count me in! I have a 3 yr old and a 8 week old and need some motivation to lose around 25 lbs! I’m Aiming to restart Jillian Michaels workouts as they’ve been great for me in the past, but really I know I mainly need to get in top of my bad eating habits!

Same! Today I did my second workout since October! I’d been averaging 5 days per week between April till Oct but man when I fall off the wagon I really go for it! In more positive news I was able to complete the workout (which I’d feared I’d need to take gaps in ).

Complete JM 60 day bodyshred - I’ve done it once and live the results but want to redo While being More strict with my diet and see what I can achieve :)

These are fantastic results ladies well done! I don’t have a target lbs to loose by that date, I know I can loose a few and be happy - I just need to be reminded what can be achieved if I put real effort in :) Longer term I’ll be keeping up the work to get fitter for my 2 yr old :)

145lbs, my pre Preg weight with baby no.1 (currently 149.8lb). I’d like to get down to 145lbs then try for at no.2!
