Your positive attitude to your changes body is great but please do wear a bikini again - it's so reassuring to see women of all body shapes enjoying bikinis / gives me more confidence to do the same x

Hi - I absolutely do get much fitter pretty quickly and in love gaining real muscle tone but I wouldnt say I loose much weight. I tend to get smaller and muscular so my weigh remains similar ( which is why Jillian loves progress photos rather than weights). I've never tried the beginner shred (I did 30 day shred then lots…

I love Jillian's mix of full body workouts in 30mins ish (I don't have time to do any more regularly) so after 30DS I did ripped in 30 and am now half way through bodyshred.

Im far from my goal but..... 5'4" Lowest 128lbs Pre baby 145lbs Current 155lbs I'm getting more consistent with exercise (im mid way through Jillian Michaels bodyshred) but im rubbish as eating properly so amn't making the progress I should / could.

I'm in! My baby boy will be 1 year in Aug and I'm looking to go from 153lbs to approx 135lbs. I Used to enjoy ripped in 30 and got results so am keen to get back into it - perhaps baby's morning nap time will allow?

I'm in! Want to get a solid exercise route in place before getting pregnant I'd be interested to see if any guys join this link - my hubs is keen to loose weight before baby too so we can do all the fun running about style things all kids deserve :)
