Day 3!!! After 4 months of not being active!!!

I had forgotten how it feels to be sore!!!! It feels good!! It’s me day 3!!! And I woke up very sore which motivated to hit the gym!!!! The hardest is the beginning! And lost 1 pound in 2 days which is something.

    yay keep it up! like they say it becomes a habit after 6 weeks I think it is.

    Consider pacing yourself at 3x week for 2-4 wks then adding one more day for a few weeks. Unless you like to hurt and risk injury. It can take a little while to get back to where you were. Just stay consistent!

    Same! Today I did my second workout since October!
    I’d been averaging 5 days per week between April till Oct but man when I fall off the wagon I really go for it!

    In more positive news I was able to complete the workout (which I’d feared I’d need to take gaps in ).
