:flowerforyou: bumping for a newbie:blushing:

Search the message board for snacks. It will help you come up with some low call, filling ideas. I have a thread that I will bump that is called "filling" - asking for people's favorite most-filling, low cal foods. Eat regularly so you don't get insanely hungry. Drink water and herbal teas to help feel full. Exercise for…

I drew mine almost like the animated gif - facing forward, but with ears and tail up! The gentler interpretations say "love life" not "sex life"  I thought mine was pretty accurate, too:smile:

Okay, the interpretations are below. Don't peek if you haven't drawn your pig yet! If the pig is drawn on the top portion of the page you are optimistic and very positive. If the pig is drawn in the middle of the page you are realistic and factual. If the pig is drawn toward the bottom of the page, you are pessimistic or…

This is a fun personality test that I have used over the years as an ice-breaker at groups. If you like doing silly personality tests, try this one. On a clean, 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of white paper, draw a picture of a pig. Just draw a pig, the way that you would normally draw a pig. I will post the interpretations tomorrow…

I appreciate the concern:heart: , but we only have tofu once in a long while. My husband is a carnivore and I just try to break it up once in a while with some vegitarian dinners. Thanks:smile:

There are some great ideas there. My husband is not a big tofu fan, but when I make it fried, with a tiny bit of olive oil, and a generous amount of Tamari or light soy sauce, he can't get enough. I add the sauce while frying, so it gets right into the tofu. First, rinse your tofu, then cut it into strips about 1/2" thick…

Just out of curiosity, how many calories is your ww tortilla? The lowest I can find here for the large ones is 160 cals, and the smaller ones are 120, I think. Can you suggest a brand name or a place to buy them?

I have gotten a couple of 404 messages, too. Not for the same searches, either. (Thanks Mike:smile: )

Off topic a bit, but... Is that beautiful tree *supposed* to look like a dancer? Wow, that's an amazing photo.

What are your most filling/satisfying foods that are small in the calorie department?

I'm curious why you would want it. It is quite a heavy (saturated) oil.

Glad to hear you made it out to interview! A huge step:smile: Hope you find the job of your dreams:heart: SF

I have a hard time with exercise. I think sometimes it is just a matter of forcing yourself to get up and do something. Then, as you exercise, it gets easier and requires less motivation. Ultimately, you have to be motivated toward the goal. No point depriving yourself of food if you aren't going to keep up the exercising…

From what I understand, bigger bodies take more calories to maintain. So, you will find that you are able to eat less calories as you lose. Sorry:sad: But, if you are working out that much, you should have lots of exercise calories to eat, yes?
