HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE! Today's a great day to set new goals. I'm sticking my neck out on this one, but what the heck... I'm going to run every day for a year. Minimum time, 20 minutes. Surely I can fit that much exercise in! Today I ran 45 minutes. It felt great!

Haven't tried the 10 minute ones but he has some really good workouts called P90, P90X and P90 Masters offered through beachbody dot com. (I'm a satisfied customer.) I seem to recall that it's 10 minutes per body area and that it's more realistic to mix and match the workouts to have a typical session be more like 30…
