I'm a proud member of the Girly Push Up club! I count them, so I know that I'm improving. I try to push myself..they are so hard! I'm up to 16 on the first round and then 11 on the second. Although, I know I should be going down lower to the ground when I do. Baby pushes...baby pushes. :) It will shock the heck out of me…

I planned on taking one day a weekend off...but took both Saturday and Sunday off. Weekends are SO hard for me. SO hard. I did, however, stay within calorie goal for both days and am down a little in weight, so overall...I'm happy. Off to Shred now. I do great during the week with my Shred. Way to go to all of you that did…

I hope you don't stop. I know you probably think I don't know your pain...but I do. :) The first time I tried it...I was so sore. Couldn't go up stairs and trying to sit down and stand up was incredibly painful. Push through it...I promise it will get better. :)

YES! That is SUPER encouraging. Been working out for a week and not seeing much so far, but I did take a few days off. Sticking with it.

Were you able to do it? I agree...day 2 was brutal for soreness! I remember trying this before and advice I was given was to drink a protein shake right after. It's supposed to help your muscles and make you not as sore.

Day 3...DONE! I definitely had to fight myself to do it. Usually, I get it done in the morning, but had to put it off tonight. I'm not a night time exerciser, so I'm glad I did it. I'm not sore anymore, but I still take a few tiny breaks. Determined to get through it without having to slack. :) Off to Day 4 tomorrow!!

Day 2 done, although, technically...it's day 4 for me since I did it twice last week. So, I am feeling a bit better during cardio. I too have a heck of a time with push ups...even the girl ones.
