My problem is that I get this overwhelming thought of "What would it be like if I just....". It seriously scares the crap out of me. On top of Hoover Dam, it was all I could do to not swing my legs over and slide on down. I am definitely afraid of heights. These pictures have made my palms start to sweat and heart race!

I finished Day 7 today. Definitely realize that you will be in some pain after the first few days..but it does get better! Also, don't be afraid to modify things in the beginning. So, I said I liked Level 2 after I did one day of it. I went back to Level 1 yesterday, mainly so I could listen to my own music while I did it. I tried Level 2 again today and decided that I hate it..ha! It's stinking hard with those plank moves!! Just like Level 1 though, I know I will progress...I hope. ;)

I've been doing pretty good at eating since starting the Shred. I've kept it under my calorie goal most days. I've also been drinking water a lot too...usually getting in my full 8 glasses MFP has you track. My biggest goal is to eat clean, which to me is less processed. More fruits and veggies, and no to little crap.…
