I don't know if any one has mentioned this yet, but your carb intakes are WAY off. Your angelfood cake trifle says 0 carbs, so im assuming if that is wrong in the recipe other nutrients (cals, fat) may be off as well

Hi I had a baby girl on October 2nd and I have most of my baby weight to go. I was 145 before I got pregnant and when I delivered I was 194. I weight 170 now, but haven't lost a pound in close to 2 months. I am breast feeding, but I am going to back to work in 2 weeks so I think that change and moving around more will help…

I use pumpkin spice flavored coffee for the kurig, 2-4 Tbsp of fat free half and half (shop rite brand) and 1 tbsp. sugar. I'm doing weight watchers so it's only 2 points, or 75 cals
