  • I suck on the weekends too - I would have had my last 5 pounds off a long time ago if I was faithful with my eating on the weekends BUT, I think the only reason this is working for me is because I am not denying myself.   • Tami - Why dont you try salsa on a baked potato - very good! I really think planning is the answer - I try to decide in my head what I will be having for breakfast and supper for the week on Sunday. I also try to cook a couple of dishes on Sundays to have left-overs for lunch.
  • When I started this back in Oct. I told myfitnesspal that I wanted to lose 20 pounds in 6 months - which for me averages out to 1/2 pound per week - or a little more. I tend to vary my calorie intake each day so my body doesnt get used to the same amount of calories - sometimes I go over. I just weigh myself once a week.…
