12/2/11:162 12/9/11:164.5 Up 2/5 lbs. That is a bummer but I guess it really just means I have to keep a closer eye on my calorie intake. I did lose 1/2 inch in my waist and hips, so I'm gonna say it's muscle gain, even though I know it's NOT

Count me in! I'm 5'11" and 168 lbs now. It seems that no matter how much I exercise the scale keeps going in the wrong direction these days. I'm 49 and have been having hot flashes for some time now.
