If I am sore I usually try and do some running or cardio. My muscles always feel better after getting warmed up. Also, try rolling out your sore spots with a foam roller.

I LOVE Thrift stores and garage sales. I have people tell me they would never shop at the Goodwill....good just more for me!

Run (or walk), after a few minutes your muscles will warm up and start feeling better.

I loved my personal trainer that I have been with since October. I stopped training with her about a month ago due to her taking a new job. I am now on my own and doing great! I have lost 28 lbs in 5 months. That is with consistent cardio/weights/circut training 6 days a week and sticking to a 1400-1500 calorie diet (most days).

My trainer told me to do this exact thing last week. It confuses the body and shocks it out of its comfort zone. Glad it is working for you.

I am 5"11 and I was mostly wearing a size 14 although some of them were still tight. It was kind of an in between sizes weight for me.

I'm 5'11 and currently weigh 175. My goal weight is 160, I wouldn't mind getting back into the 150's but I will evaluate that once I achieve my first goal.
