i did tried it and to be honest it really didn't help me at all, i didn't even bothered to finish the bottle the only thing it did for me is messing up digestive system. it took me awhile before i could go the bathroom like i used too. so my advice don't bother spending your money on it

hey y'all, here is my weekly weigh in:lost only 1lbs(im at 197),didn't eat healthy because im in a stressful period(exams) and im kind of a emotional eater.but i went to much in the gym n lost 4400kcal!! so this week i'll try to eat a bit better for better result next week. have a good day!!
