Wow Op you look great. You go with whatever weight YOU feel comfortable with. It never fails to amuse me when others think they have the right to rant about how much you should weight or tell you THEY think it's too little or too much.

Quorn chicken style burgers - 123cals Wholemeal Pitta Bread, 1 pitta - 155 slice processed cheese - 55cals Bake quorn in oven for 20 mins. Put pitta bread in microwave for 15 seconds. Stick cheese on quorn and serve. I tend to ad da little sour cream and ketchup rather than mayo. tastes delicious!
