I love love love hot yoga! I practice Bikram hot yoga and NOTHING beats the feeling you get after a 90 minute session! I have read that hot yoga burns up to 1000 calories per session, however I burn on average 450-550 cals according to my HRM.

I am currently obsessed with mixing cocoa, mashed banana, egg white, and an egg and making a chocolate banana omelet for breakie. Also I have been taking a scoop of choc pro powder, 1 tbs of pb and mixing together with a bit of water so its like a thick pudding like consistency. Then freezing. Yum!

Have you been taking measurements?? I had a weight gain of 10 pounds but lost 2 inches off of my waist! It was a big eye opener!

I take 1/2 cup of cottage cheese and put in in a food processor or magic bullet with sugar free lemon jello powder. It makes like lemon cheesecake and i either eat it as is or over grapes and strawberries. YUM!

I like to put cinnamon and a packet of splenda in my 1/4 cup of oatmeal with 1/2 cup of water. Microwave. When it comes out i put a splash of soy milk and then 1TBS of SMUCKERS SUGAR FREE STRAWBERRY JAM. Delicousness! I crave it every morning!
