Hi Daphne yoga is an awesome form of an exercise. currently I am more into aerobics but I am sure in a couple of months, I will be doing yoga too I do yoga, but in the form of meditation:-)

Hi everyone I am embarrassed to say this But I skipped 2 days of my 30ds It's just 25 min But my mind found enough excuses not to do it I am getting back on it today I am going to restart my 30 days from today cause I missed 2 days !

Today was day 4 level 1 I feel awesome Lots of energy I took my dog for a bike ride and I could feel my legs have build up strength thanks to the squats and jumping jacks! I am def doing this every day even though some times during the 25 I feel I am going to die! I do take 10 sec rests to keep on it

That is awesome You dropped 1 size in 10 days!!!i am real excited to see my results Today is day 4 for me and I tell you I feel so great I jumped out of bed sooo energetic I have started taking one multivitamin everyday since I started doing this to balance my body And have stopped sugar!

Hi, not sure if this is too late. But I will start no sugar in tea/coffee and no candy and soft drinks etc from today for 30 days. I started the 30 day shred since yesterday so I definitely need to eat healthier.great challenge. Let's do it Thanks for starting this Today is day 1 for me

day 1 -30 day shred was done today. It was gruesome! i tell you, this lady is some motivational trainer. If we stick with her words and zone out the pain, then we can get through this 25 min. I am happy I have kicked this off to a start. I definately feel all energetic and good after doing this routine today.

Hi everyone i saw the results and motivation of all you folks on this 30 day shred. I am starting this today and hope to have some good results in 30 results my starting stats are: 172 lbs 5'-3" size-14 Day 1-here i come :-) I will post my result once a week on mondays
