Im going to have to agree, maybe it says you burn that many, but I have all 3 of the games and play them sometimes. I do however run everyday and my work out is 10 times as hard as the game and It would take a VERY fast and long run to burn 1000 calories.

I run everyday and I eat some of them back sometimes, but never all of them, I guess it just depends on my day :)

Ok, so my net calories should be what my daily intake is? So if I work out I should eat back some of the calories to keep it close to the same number??

At 5'7 the normal weight range would be 140. Im 5'7 and my goal is to be 135, at which I have been and I was pretty dang skinny! So I think your good! :)

So I have been reading some articles as well and they are telling me that power walking at speeds between 3.5 and 4 mph burn a ton of calories... I have noticed that too! I run my butt off on my treadmill and it says I burn a lot of calories... Then when I enter it into MFP it says wayyy less. I totally agree with you! Its different for everyone! I have been struggling for a while and its very easy to get off track, and you dont need those people putting their not so nice, two cents in :)
