Well my biking is killing my knees, so I did a lil manual labor over the weekend in trimming the trees up around the yard and I've spent a lil time on the wii with my daughter playing tennis and bowling with her, just not sure how to calculate that as any excersize though. I know the tennies after 30 mins or so wears me…

Alright, I've been delinquent...didn't find out about the forum here till just a few minutes ago. Anyways, Im starting off the New Year right....got my water going and breakfast and lunch are pretty much Fruits and veggies so far....

Well I've got my fruits and veggies on hand, cut my eating out altogether, gotten my water intake up and my sodas outta the temptation zone. Im hoping between a glass of tea a day and water the rest of the time as well as the veggies and fruits I'll make it.
