I also think the calories are way off. I don't have the app linked to MFP anymore. I manually add 1/3 of my calories burned to MFP.

I work adjacent to a mall with a food court. I eat off the drive thru menu at Taco Bell. I get 3 crunchy fresca style tacos for 420 calories.

Currently, I am taking the Walmart version (Equate) of One a day women's vitamin. It gives you 50% of daily calcium which I like and need. I am also taking Viactiv caramel which has Calcium, Vitamin D, and Vitamin K. They taste really good. I picked a 5 month supply at Sams Club for about 12.00.

Earlier this week, I had squash sauteed with zucchini, onions and dill. It was pretty good. I made it a stir fry with shrimp.

I agree Aldi is a great place for fruits and veggies. They also publish next weeks ad so you can plan ahead.
