My other favorite cookbooks are, The Ching farm animal rescue and sanctuary cook book (I helped in the making of that) And Vegan vittles author is Joanne stepaniak and another good book is the best of Bloodroot Volume 2 Its all vegan and has good essays on feminism and animal rights!
