hi i'm 5'2 and the doc says the biggest is 149 for me. I enjoy myself @ 135lbs. so going back to that. lost 27lbs recently and now working on another 30lbs. can't wait to reach my goals and be healthy/fit..anyone want help losing and staying accountable. my email is jackey.beauchamp@gmail.com..send me a email if you like
