I also felt the same way - I upped my cals from 1200 to 1320 about 5 weeks ago. I've been working out 3-5 times a week and have noticed the energy level dip a bit so I'm thinking of upping to 1400 or so. I try to hit a few different people a day but with 2 kids under 4, full time job and full time student, my spare time is a little scarce if I want sleep. I also try to comment on big milestones or when someone is down.

I have picked out some really cute summer dresses :) I have always worn shorts so that's not on my list (legs have never been my problem) but a cute bikini would be great too! I also want to wear a cute tank top to the concerts we're going to this summer :) I can't wait!

You could try logging every once in a while. If you feel yourself slipping, jump back in and get back on track or if you have some questionable days ahead, log when you think you may need a reminder of how many calories are in something.

I agree! 20-30 min can be a great workout! I promise myself 20 min of "me time" a day to work out and I feel much better after I do.
