I saute/steam so only use a tiny bit of oil with some water and a lid for veg. The whole "healthy" oil fad IMO is rubbish, you don't need any ADDED oils in your diet because you should get enough from oily fish, oily veg like avocado and oils from nuts and seeds :) When I see olive oil being sold as healthier than others…

I'm on day 4, after a few day's break because I was in sooo much pain!!! It gets easier everytime, but does anyone else get wheezy when doing the punches? :blushing:

Havent got any before pics, feel too mingin to take any!!! I gave up over the weekend, was so stiff never felt so much pain from exercise in my life, don't think the stretches are very good at all didn't help ease any of my pain!!! Back on day 3 tomoro!!!! Hope ur still going strong!

I started today, and I feel like every muscle in my body is pulled! I can't do a complete push up yet either, so I just kind of tried my best at that part :) I will definitely try to persevere because I have seen some amazing results too!
