  • So true....I love my t-shirts. We are doing a 5K here at Ft. Hood in remebrance of the soliders and civilians that lost their lives during Nov 5 shooting. I am going to walk a nice pace and then jog it in. Started doing 5K's last year and I really feel good when I am done!!
  • Thanks, that's great advice. I have been going to Zumba three times a week and I was wondering the same thing. We have two-hour zumba classes about one a quarter which I truly love. Sometimes I spend a great deal of time laughing because we have some great people in class. I will try to work harder without talking, LOL..…
  • What type of oatmeal do you use. Right now I am eating Fiber Plus Antioxidants Berry Yogurt Crunch for breakfast and it is really tasty but fiber, need I say more....
  • I truly agree with you on not making the switch on certain foods, I was actually shooked about how many calories I could have. I always heard about 1500 calories or less so I was glad to see I could get 1725. Good luck:smile:
