I was just diagnosed last week and started on 50MCG of levo. My thyroid result from bloodwork was 4.77, I go in November for a TSH.

When I was pregnant, I weighed 125 the day I gave birth. Now I'm at 140 and a size 8/10. Granted I'm a little older, but with my body type, I look much better at a lower weight. I may be happy once I get to 125ish, we'll see.
