NO WAY!! I watch what I eat try stay under my calories and workout 7days a week!! I don't ever want to gain a single pound back and I have never tried any pills but know people who have and they have gained it all back. You have to push yourself for your body to adjust.

This week I stayed the same (that time of the month) but on wed and Thursday I was over on my cal intake first 2 days ever. This was fun and my water intake has increased so much. My NSV is I now where a size 12 bottom and a medium top and have only been on MFP for a little over 50 days. I love this site and the support.…

down 2.9lbs this week!! water challenge met on 4 days stayed under my calories every day and fruits and veggies met and my sodium was down!! Happy Friday!!

To stay on track and eat what you love!! I like special k cracker chips they have sour cream and onion (27 for 110cal) and sea salt ones ( 30 for 110 cal) They help me with the urge or I get pringles 100 cal packs. I hope this hepls. Good luck!!

If you look up 30DS online there is a formula to figure out your calories burned, than just put in your on exercise in the data base. I put mine in as 30DS and the level plus the calories I burned. Hope this helps.

So as far as it goes for the mini challenges every day under my calories and fruits and veggies are great. I really need to push myself better with the water intake most days I was at 40oz and 2 days ii did drink the 64oz!
