Hey everyone! Ive been using myfitnesspal on my iphone for some time now, however, i've been pretty flakey with it lately and ive realized a decline in my fitness goals. Ive tried SO MANY different things to reach my goals, and after months, even years of research and talking to peope about their own experinces, i think im finally mentally ready to surrender my stubborn ways to the world of fitness! I am very open to new idead and tips so please feel free to add me if you feel we could be good support for one another. Unfortunately, I dont know too many others who are as interested in getting in shape as I am, so the motivation/support that I hope to recieve from this site will be HUGE in my journey. I look forward to all that is to come and I wish you all the best in your own fitness goals! Now lets get this party started! :happy:

    I think that you look great right now. I can understand that you want to tone up and build endurance. Who doesn't?

    I didn't know that the smaller weighted people are so conscious about their weight. In my opinion, you don't have to loose a kilo or 2.2 lbs in that case.

    @acuratlsd...how can you tell what her weight and fitness needs are from just a face shot?

    I also started with the app on my phone. I love the site just as much!! I have been so motivated since I started its been about 40 days for me no cheat day (yet) and I workout 7 days a week. Feel free to add me and we can support each other!! :happy:

    Because I can see photos of her on your page. she is showing photos of your body.. neck down... and in a guys opinion. She looks great!

    Thank you very much! Ive worked pretty hard to get where I am! I was overweight for a long time so reaching my goals means a lot to me. I'm almost there I just need tho support and motivation to keep it up for a lifetime!
