  • Yesterday I completed W6D1, I actually found it more difficult than W5D3. Not sure if it was because I only had a day in between normally I have two days between the weeks. I'm pretty impressed with me and my running buddy's dedication to this program. We have not missed a single day and completed every day as written.
  • I would wait until you've reached your goal and maintained it for awhile. I can no longer wear my band because its too large, so I buy temporary rings. Since losing the weight I have bought two and my newest one is starting to get loose.
  • I've had 4 pregnancies, 1 emergency c-section and 1 abdominal hysterectomy. My muffin top isnt going anywhere. I decided to put a lil aside each month for a tummy tuck, which will take a long time to save up for, but its motivation for me to keep the weight off so I can have the best results from the tuck.
  • If you're worried about portion control try using a saucer instead of a dinner plate. It really helps me keep my portions in control.
  • WOOHOO!!! Great job, I kept a skirt from when I was dating DH for that reason. Its good motivation when you can fit into old clothes.
  • I hit one too and I had to change my veggies as well as my protein at night, I was doing a lot of chicken since Im not the biggest fan of red meat. I go in to weigh today but I can tell a physical difference so hopefully the scale shows it too.
  • SW 180 CW 176 GW 140-145 lbs by the end of the year Im only 5'2" but I know with my large body frame that my goal is realistic and achievable.
  • Hey...Im Mel...finally working on losing the weight I've carried around for the last 9 years, Im mom to 4 kiddos, which keeps me really busy along with the other activities in life. I hope to lose 20 lbs in the next 10 weeks, but have an overall goal of 40 lbs by the end of the year.
