I log my workout using my fitbit charge hr. It monitors heart rate all day long and since I have been losing weight consistently since I purchased it, I trust it for now.

I don't meal prep. I just log my food before I eat it for the day to make sure I don't go above my goal.

I love it! Anything is better than nothing. Try it out and if you think its fun then keep doing it.

I'm not eliminating my favorite foods. Last time it drove me crazy to just eat "clean". I gave up. Also last time I didn't really use the support this community has to offer. I have added lots of friends and joined a few groups

I did my first workout with them last night! It was a 30 min body resistance video. Im so sore today. Will try to move up to the longer workouts overtime!

I did it a couple of years ago before a cruise. I lost around 15 pounds and ate a ton. I used a heart rate monitor. This makes me want to get it out and do a random workout lol

If you use a food scale to measure the meat then you can know exactly how many ounces to use which might make the cals go up
