Time doesn't matter at all. You can eat 6 small meals or two large meals during the day and you will still lose weight if you consume less cals than you burn! good luck!

Okay so i tried measuring again. I first did it on Aug 21. Im not sure if i measured the exact same areas cause some of the numbers seemed off and i gained in my arms. But the numbers say i am down 12.5 inches! That makes me happy

I took my measurements again today! First measurements were taken august 21. I've lost everywhere but gained in my arms. I've lost a total of 12.5 inches!

I do have pics and a tape measure. I dont like the tape because i dont know how to use it. The numbers are always really different so i know im not measuring the same places

Okay when this challenge started on September 27th I was 140.1. Sunday I was 138.1 So I dropped exactly two pounds in one week! I'll see how I do this next Sunday!

I was really on it yesterday! I woke up at 6 and ran. I went to crossfit at 11:30. Then after work I ran again last night. Needless to say I was pooped and went to bed early and wasn't able to get up to run again this morning lol

Nope. If I'm doing 3x10 front squats and increasing my weight every set, at the last set of 10 I usually cannot do them all back to back. I might do 4, rest 30 sec , do another 4, rest a min, then do the last 2. This is to me is a completed set and not failure because I never had to drop the bar.
