Fab idea hun, have another from me! ;)

My jaw literally dropped - what an amazing transformation! Very inspiring, so much so I'm getting off here and getting onto burning some cals! Well done!! :flowerforyou:

Congrats on what you've achieved so far! Your story/stats are pretty similar to mine. (5ft2, 2 kiddies also 4 and nearly 2, been happy between 145/160) Feel free to add me if you wish, I'm here for the long run! :flowerforyou:

Wow you look fab hun, massive congratulations!!! I bet people don't recognise you anymore!

As others have said, the best way is to go to a proper sports shop and get your gait analysed on a machine, but I too didn't start out with that. I went to my local big sports store (Decathlon) and spent ages looking at all the different types. I knew I'd be road running rather than on the treadmill, but probably not…

I'm another one who started running with this...It's resulted in my completing a 5K for charity and signing up for a Half Marathon!! At first I couldn't even do 60seconds without dying, but it's amazing how quickly your stamina builds up! I now run regularly with my running partner, and we are now training to complete a…

Love this one! Great way to look at it!

Personally I prefer to see other's diaries as I like to know whether they're undereating/starving themselves or whether "being under their calorie goal" is more due to healthy eating and eating exercise cals. I've de-friended some people who were constantly under cals but survived on just one fast food meal a day.

These are all really good! I'll be sure to memorize a couple for my run tonight!! Anymore sharers?

Wow, what a difference! Love the new leg muscles, and how totally different you look from behind! Well done :flowerforyou:

Good post, I've been wondering the same myself as this will be my first winter running! Will be keeping a close eye on replies! My last run gave me such chills I had numbness in both arms and had to have a bath after to warm back up!

Bump!

Hello!!! Log honestly, exercise mean and eat lean, you'll do great :flowerforyou:
-
Wow! This is genuinely one of the best transformations I have seen yet! Thank you for sharing and for the motivation you've given me not to go and eat that chocolate muffin sat in my kitchen! Massive congrats, you should be so proud. :flowerforyou:

Hi, I try to average out my cals from week to week rather than fretting over just one day. I'd say if you're worried about it, then commit to burning a few more each day and you'll make them up pretty quick. If you try to make them all up in one say you'll be super hungry the next day and create a vicious circle. Edited to…

BUMP!

Lovely to see the pics, well done once again, you look great!

Pics are a nightmare at the best of times I find lol... Will be interested to see them when they're sorted as your stats are very similar to mine :) Well done anyway, regardless of pics!!

Good advice! Most of it is pretty logical but sometimes you just have to re-read in the right frame of mind to take it in! Great tip on the noodles and thanks to the above poster for the link to UK suppliers - definitely be giving them a go! :flowerforyou:
-
Oooh good luck! I've just signed up for my first half marathon in March - furthest I've run is 9k so far so have to up my game to get to 21k! Hope all goes well for you! Have you trained much for it? You say you haven't done 13 miles before.
-
Fab loss so far!! well done on losing so much and gd luck for the rest of your journey :)
-
You look so different! Great inspiration for us mummies! Well done :flowerforyou:

Hi Hun, I've been breastfeeding since Oct when I joined and contrary to some of your replies it's more than ok to try to lose weight whilst doing so! When you log your food, type in "breastfeeding" and it will come up with a lot of options you can choose from - in the early days - I'd say at least until little one starts…

Aw hun I really feel for you. Speaking from experience, GENERALLY the whole "hanging out as friends thing" when it concerns someone you had /have deep feelings for, simply doesn't work. One of you will normally have stronger feelings than the other, and it's not fair on either him to have to adjust his behaviour around you…

Amazing transformation hunny, well done, you should be so proud of yourself! x
