Wow that's a real big change, well done!

Thank you for explaining that and confirming the figures for me. Am ready to tackle this new method for a couple of weeks and see what impact it has. Long Sunday stroll here I come!
-
You really have completely changed how you look, well done on the transformation! You're an inspiring person to have on my friends list! :flowerforyou:
-
Well not really saving as the money is now going on lots of new and interesting healthy ingredients lol!
-
Have you thought about plaiting it? Would keep it out the way if you then pinned it up during exercise, and would probably still look good after either left plaited or undone and ruffled? Edited to say Amazing weightloss by the way, wow!

I remember being in a club when I was younger and just starting to go out. Me and my bestie had been up on the poles dancing, really having a laugh. I was already conscious of my weight as she was a lot skinnier than me but hey I had boobs lol... (and we were only 8stone or so then anyway, mad in hindsight!) Anyway, as I…

Wow thanks for the quick replies! I'm not asking as that's what I intend to do, I assure you lol! If only I had the motivation to aim for that haha  I normally eat back all my exercise cals anyway as that seems to be working for me, but I was just curious as to what impact it *could* have. I think I understand…

I get the same burn as the 30 DS which for me (at 5ft3 and 158lbs) is around the 400 mark.

Snap! I have a 1yr old and 3 year old. The best way to get the exercise in for me is to take them both out on long walks, or doing my dvd workouts late at night. Pain in the bum but at least I'm doing them.

^^ This... Have to agree! I can't stand seeing bones on girls - like the ribs in the pics of the girls on the beach. I've always thought slim to curvy bodies are the most appealing, not skinny or muscly. Personally I don't like sticky out abs on women, leave that to the guys lol. Each to their own of course.…

MFP recommends that mothers of young children are set to at least lightly active, as we are on our feet most of the day! There's a lot of debate over exactly what to log, but I think if you are starting out, as long as it gets your heart rate up for at least 15mins or so - log it! Personally I am set at lightly…

I guess it works different here in the UK then as the CSA "don't do backpay". Someone I know gets a measly £5 a fortnight and as I said, they won't even look into backpay. £5 doesn't barely covers a days worth of food for a teenager, let alone clothes, roof over their head, school trips etc etc.... :explode:
-
Personally I log my 30 DS and my 6 week 6 pack routines. And I also use my stationary bike and log that too. If I'm out for more than half an hr I'll log it as I'm always pushing a 1 yr old in a buggy, and usually laden with shopping lol! Things like bins, normal housework etc though I don't tend to bother with unless I've…

I'm on Day 2 of Level 2, and took a couple of breaks during Level 1, around Day 3 and Day 7. I'd done a lot of other exercise on these days and my body felt like it was dying after two days lol. I think you should do it every day if you can handle it, but if you're feeling so sore it hurts when you're not exercising I…

I track Carbs, Protein, Fat, Fibre, Sodium at the moment, but I vary the last two as and when I have "mastered" getting a full daily quota regularly. I never used to eat enough fibre so I made a point to track it. After a few weeks I now know how to get enough easily, and so I'll change it to something else I need to…

Wow you both look so different, well done!

This ^^

Aw how lovely of them, well done on earning it!!

I wasn't netting enough calories and saw my weightloss completely stall. Since New Yr I've been eating nearly every single one back and have upped my exercise. At first I found eating nuts and a big high cal milky drink before bed balanced it out but I soon got bored of this each night and didn't want to eat rubbish just…

Have to agree with the eggs lol... One of my (and my kids favourite) is eggy bread. I make it simply by beating 2 eggs, then dipping both sides of a slice of bread in it, then lightly frying it in the pan. You hardly need any oil, especially with a non stick pan. I get about 3 slices of bread to 2 eggs so works out well in…

Aw that's so very sweet :) actually made me well up! And as for the laying together, that's just one bonus of feeling that comfortable with someone  I wish you all the best :drinker:

I recently stalled for about a month, have upped my exercise to approx an hour daily, and started eating 90% back, whereas before I was avoiding eating hardly any back. This week I lost 2.4lbs, more than I have in the whole month preceeding. I would also echo that the exercise is not just for the weight loss but to change…

Wow what a transformation! well done!

Thanks so much for posting - very inspiring! Well done and fab effort! :flowerforyou:
-
Wow, you look like a different person! Well done on your success!
-
I'd say the Packet... It's probably been entered wrong into the database.
-
Genuinely amazing, you look like a different person. Very well done, you must be so chuffed with yourself!

 Hi, I'm kind of in the same boat. For the last couple of months I've been netting upto 500 in deficit without really realising... I was looking at the calorie consumed figure, and as long as that was over 1200 I thought I was doing fine (and then just treating exercise cals as a bonus). Yes I know, der lol. Well my…

I tend to do myself a mug of low cal hot chocolate... Normally 40cals for a mug and I can then "afford" a biscuit which I munch on

Just tried to edit my original post but it won't let me - so here's the link to the nutritional values - they reckon 140 a portion  http://www.rumkihn.com/2011/11/nutella-ice-cream.html There's also an interesting version using papaya instead on bananas on the site, making it more like a pudding...
