You sound like your doing alot of exercise so the weight gain could actually be because you are gaining muscle, which weighs more then fat. This morning I had a healthy take on a fry up I had one quorn sausage with egg white scrambled egg (made with 2 egg whites) on wholewheat toast all for 238cals and it was lovely and fulling. Most days tho its wholewheat toast with peanut buttet or a banana on top, or an egg white omelette
